Categories: fun, What the heck was THAT?

Let’s see…365 days in a year.

I started this blog on Dec. 30, 2007…it’s now December 1…carry the two…

This blog is 333 days old today.

300 posts in 333 days.

Not bad for a rookie. (Patting myself on the back…ow…I might need an icepack for that.)

Congratulatory cards and checks may be sent to my PO Box, or through Paypal.

Ironically, I almost missed this milestone. I just happened to notice I was on post 299, and I just couldn’t wait…I had to post 300 TODAY. 🙂

(Actually, this was a cheap trick to get to 300, and get it over with, so I can maybe blog again for real tomorrow.)

And on we go…

Musician. Composer. Recovering perfectionist. Minister-in-transition. Lover of puns. Hijacker of rock song references. Questioner of the status quo. I'm not really a rebel. Just a sincere Christ-follower with a thirst for significance that gets me into trouble. My quest has taken me over the fence of institutional Christianity. Here are some of my random thoughts along the way. Read along, join in the conversation. Just be nice.

    Congrats! Cheque’s in the mail.

(how many times have I heard that in the debt-collection part of my admin duties?!)

I only have 329 posts, and that’s over a year and a half, so you’re way ahead!

Thanks, Heather, for the congratulations (and the cheque). 🙂

    Jim,
According to your post, it is customary to observe every 100 posts, yes? I’m just trying to follow protocol. And bragging isn’t a need; it’s a privilege. 🙂

    Co-heir, thanks!

    Steve,
It ain’t easy. Patting yourself on the back, that is. And it hurts. But you press through the pain to do what has to be done…
