Based on your comments so far, I dug into the XML code (which I happen to know NOTHING about) and just happened to find the URL that was making the colors fade down the page. I deleted it and changed the color to the default. That seems to make the page more readable on my computer; let me know if this has helped.
The only other glitch I’ve noticed is that my page is loading a little funky, kind of putting the items on left-to-right on my screen. Let me know if you see this or any other issues when loading the page. Thanks, guys!!

The very light green is hard to read (on my PC at least) further down the page…
But I like the color scheme.
Jeff. Love the layout but on my computer it is really hard to read anything further down than a half a page. It has all kinds of lines on it and is really faded. Maybe it is just me. I’ll try it on another computer later today.

Thanks for the feedback, guys. I’ll keep tweaking it and see if we can iron out the rough spots. (If not, we’ll try something else, or go back to a standard Blogger layout.)
The coloring of the font needs work. I had to tip my laptop screen back and forth several times to read the white-on-light-green. And the Post A Comment was nearly impossible to find.
I do like the colors, though. As someone said, very soothing.
